Cancellations related to Covid-19:

We consider that the stays that you will not be able to make because of a possible imposed confinement, or of attack of the Covid -19 virus are not your fault. We suggest that you postpone your stay over a period of one year from the date of the start of the initially planned stay. Your deposit will be deducted on your next stay.

The place compatibility:

The property covers 3,500 square meters enclosed by stone walls. Each of our guests will find ample space for greenery or a place in the swimming pool, largely compatible with social distancing.

Hygiene measures put in place against the Coronavirus:

Faithful to our habit of pampering you, this year again we keep on taking the necessary measures to protect you:

We remain smiling behind our mask to combine safety and conviviality

• Hydro alcoholic gel is available in the rooms and in the common areas

• The rooms, the shared kitchen and the veranda are ventilated and disinfected every day (product EN 14476).

• We have lightened the decoration in the rooms to facilitate their daily maintenance.

• Bed and bath linen are cleaned on site by us with a disinfectant product that respects the skin.

• The floors are cleaned with a steam cleaner.

• In the veranda, the breakfast tables are spaced and set according to the number of guests in each room.

• Board games, books and magazines are placed in quarantine after being borrowed.

Alternatives for your shopping and meals:

If you prefer having alternatives to restaurants and terraces :

• The fully equipped guest kitchen is at your entire disposal to prepare your snacks or meals.

• We show you where to find local producers and traders in the surrounding markets.

• If you prefer the drive option offered by supermarkets, Intermarché, Super U of Marans (6 km away), are both open every day of the week.

• If you want to have a pizza delivered (7 days a week), or have a more local meal (Monday to Friday) our local partners will be there to satisfy you.

 

We will keep our eyes wide open so that you can come with your eyes closed to enjoy your escape and serenity in Charente Maritime.
